In the middle of this crisis, we got an email from our Red Robin Loyalty program—Red Robin now delivers and offers pickup.
We go to Red Robin often and because we’re trying to stay home, we haven’t been in many weeks. Getting burgers delivered, first off, is awesome. While it wasn’t the same experience as dining in, it was an amazing comfort to all of us.
Mom, who works at a local elementary school, was floored. After another anxious week, by ordering Red Robin delivery, we made her day.
Ordering was simple. We know the menu by heart and I know exactly what my family orders. A visit to their site and in four minutes I was done. And, the recognized my Royalty Club points.
Then the waiting began and even though they said it would be over an hour wait, it arrived not 30 minutes later. Delivery was speedy and our driver was super friendly. She kept her social distance with a smile.
And the food—was amazing.
The last thing we noticed was a note. And it both touched our hearts and reminded us that we need to keep supporting our local restaurants.
